These images were shot for my Moneymore Clarksville project for the 2025 SITE exhibition.

This project was challenging but also rewarding, and it was spread out over weeks and weeks and weeks. Although capturing the images, and editing them was tedious and time-consuming, I found curating my work to be a difficult part of the process. Curation is about not only choosing the best images, but choosing images that work together in a sequence that flows smoothly. I had my images displayed in an off-balanced grid-like fashion. I chose to display my images like this because I didn't want a 'centre image' for the eye to lead to automatically, as I had a tough time curating my images and I valued most of them equally. I felt that to display this objective, the off-centre photogrid was a great way to let the eye wander all over the display, setting on multiple images and not just an individual photo.
I enjoyed creating this body of work, and I would like to expand on this project to other areas in Otago
